One rate per night for the whole villa, up to four guests. The form above quotes the low-season rate until a real date says otherwise.

Rates are held in rupiah. Card payments are converted on the day they clear.
03 — HOUSE NOTES
House notes.
The terms, in the same words we would use on the phone.
- Check-in
- From 2pm, and check-out is 11am. Either usually moves — ask when you book and we confirm the day before.
- Minimum stay
- Two nights, rising to five in July and August and seven over the New Year.
- Deposit
- Thirty per cent holds the dates. The balance is due seven days before arrival.
- Cancellation
- Free up to thirty days out. Half the total inside thirty days, and nothing back inside seven.
- Guests
- Four across two bedrooms. A fifth on a rollaway bed is IDR 400,000 per night.
- Children
- Welcome. The pool is unfenced and level with the terrace, so young children need someone watching. Cot and high chair at no charge.
- Pets
- Not in this house.
- Smoking
- Outside only, and not under the eave.
- Events
- No parties. Dinner for eight on the terrace is fine — tell us and we will set it.
- Quiet
- Sound carries down the lane. Music off by eleven.
04 — QUESTIONS
Questions.
Yes. A cook arrives each morning between 8 and 10 and makes breakfast in the villa. Tell us what you like the night before.
Yes. Airport pickup is included for stays of three nights or more; otherwise it's IDR 350,000 each way. Send us your flight number.
Berawa beach is eight minutes by scooter and about twenty on foot. Canggu beach is ten minutes by car.
Yes. A private chef can cook lunch or dinner in the villa with a day's notice, from IDR 450,000 per person including ingredients.
